With the Steamboat mobile app, get more out of every day with up-to-date lift and trail status information, local weather and mountain conditions, trail map and tracking, and more. See below to learn more about the enhancements made to the app for winter 2022/23.

Trail Map & Tracking

Share and track your location on the mountain with friends, and track and record your stats such as runs skies, vertical feet, distance, and days skied. New this year, earn up to 5 digital badges that you can complete in a day, a week or over the course of the season.

Lifts & Trails Status

Use the interactive Trail Map to get live lift and trail statuses. Use the ‘overlay’ option to view open and/or groomed trails, which will highlight on the map for easy visual navigation. Looking to only ski a specific type of trail or lift? Guests can sort and filter lifts and trails by type and difficulty too.

Weather & Conditions

On the home screen, guests can get a quick snapshot of the current temperature, snowfall in the last 24 hours, and average wind speed at mid-mountain. Want even more? Click the weather tile to get current temperatures and wind speed at the base, mid and summit, snowfall totals, a 3-day forecast, and the Daily Snow report from Joel Gratz at Open Snow.
