Saturday, December 9

Hanukkah Celebration 3:00pm – 3:30pm: Join Rabbi Kolby Morris-Dahary of The Jewish Community of Steamboat in a celebration of the Festival of Light. All are invited to celebrate with in song, treats, and the ritual of lighting of a Hanukkah menorah.

Saturday, December 16

  • Santa Saddles Up 2:00pm: See Santa Saddle Up and ride into the resort from the Torian Plum Area right down the slopes into the heart of Steamboat Square. Immediately following the ride Santa will be available on the Steamboat Stage to visit with guests and take pictures. Complimentary hot chocolate and cupcakes will be available.
  • Steamboat Holiday Market 2:00pm – 6:00pm: Join us in Steamboat Square for the inaugural Steamboat Holiday Market as you leisurely stroll amidst charmingly adorned tents, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the unique offerings from local businesses, making it the perfect opportunity to check off your holiday shopping list.
  • Holiday Skate Party 4:00pm – 6:00pm: Join us for a festive Holiday Skate Party at Skeeter’s Rink, located right at the base of the resort. Delight in the sheer exuberance of the season as you skate beneath the stars. 

Sunday, December 17

Steamboat Holiday Market 2:00pm – 6:00pm: Join us in Steamboat Square for the inaugural Steamboat Holiday Market as you leisurely stroll amidst charmingly adorned tents, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the unique offerings from local businesses, making it the perfect opportunity to check off your holiday shopping list.

Sunday, December 31

  • New Year’s Eve Fireworks and Light Up Snowcat Parade 5:30pm – 6:00pm: Celebrate the new year in style! Kick off the evening with a Light Up Snow Cat parade and featuring Steamboat SnowSports Instructors performing synchronized skiing illuminated by the light of torches. At the conclusion of the parade fireworks will light up the sky over the resort to ring in 2024.
  • Korbel New Year’s Eve Celebration at Thunderhead Lodge 9:00pm – 12:00am. Ring in the New Year at 9,000 feet while dancing to the sounds of The Goonies, Colorado’s ultimate 80’s Cover Band. If you are in the mood, dress like it is 1985! There will be small bites and our expert mixologists will be shaking up a storm with hand crafted cocktails. At midnight, celebrate the New Year with a Korbel Champagne toast. Must be 21 years or older. Tickets are $125 per person and must be purchased in advance.
