WinterWonderGrass Returns to Steamboat March 3 – 5, 2023

If you love music, beer, skiing and mountain views, WinterWonderGrass is your festival. The party of the season arrives in Steamboat March 3 – 5, 2023. This authentic Colorado gathering celebrates bluegrass and craft beer, featuring more than 20 bands and local breweries over three days.

The Biggest Bands

Bundle up and get ready to dance until your legs give out Friday afternoon through Sunday night at the base of Steamboat resort. This all-ages family-friendly festival takes place snow or shine. Rock into the night under the star-blanketed Steamboat sky and get your fill of high-energy head-bobbin’, foot-stompin’ American country rock, jamgrass, string bands and acoustic bluegrass.

Tickets + Lodging

Purchase individual Friday, Saturday or Sunday tickets or snag a three-day WinterWonderGrass Colorado pass — that’s 26 bands on four stages, three hours of complimentary beer tastings 2 to 5 p.m. daily, food trucks, a coffee bar, kid’s zone and tons of positive vibes!

Tickets are also available for special late-night performances and private concerts that include Yonder Mountain String Band at Thunderhead Lodge and Big Something at the Steamboat Grand.

Kids 12 and under and seniors 75 and older can attend the festival for free. WinterWonderGrass is a community and family event with a kid’s area offering face painting, hula hooping and crafts.
