Sunshine, Bar-UE, South Peak lifts now open
Mother Nature and Santa continued to deliver through the holiday weekend, allowing the resort to open more terrain Tuesday, Dec. 26. Thanks to 32 inches of snow from this latest storm system, Sunshine Express, Bar-UE and South Peak lifts and more than 20 new trails opened today.
Guests can now enjoy Tomahawk and more terrain in the Sundown area. That brings the skiing and riding to 107 trails, more than 1,500 acres and 14 lifts with beginner, intermediate and advanced trails spread across the resort.
Mountain crews will now turn their attention to Bar-UE and the Pony Express area. We’ll have a new video update tomorrow with what’s currently open and what’s opening next.
