Snow Patrol
Skiers and riders are treated to yet another few inches more of fresh snowfall this morning. With a series of storm cycles hitting Colorado this past week, Steamboat has been prevalent in the storms crosshairs while stacking up on Champagne Powder deep in the trees. There are still plenty of soft, deep turns still to be had around the mountain today. Get out there and enjoy.

Currently the summit temperature is 1° with base of 87″. The base temperature is 11° and the mid-mountain baase is currenlty 57″ on the season.
It is snowing top to bottom this morning with some clearing skies expected later this afternoon and more snowfall on the way as we head into the weekend.

Forecast for the Yampa Valley call for a break in snow showers this afternoon with continued snows to start back up overnight through tomorrow and over the weekend. We’ll take as much as we can get!

Tree well dangers exist. Be careful when skiing in the trees and stay with a buddy. Have a great day on the slopes!
