It’s hard to describe just how good the snow is. It’s good. It’s fantastic. It’s rad. It’s, well, hard to really put one word on just how good it is.

From Twilight trees, to Closet and Shadows, to Morningside and then over to Pony and Heavenly Daze, the snow is incredible. It snowed all yesterday on the mountain. I have to admit that I got a few turns in yesterday in the heart of the storm, and it was good, really good. But this morning is extra good because the sun is out. That’s right, we got 10+ inches of freshies yesterday, and the sun is out today. It’s absolutely beautiful.

There’s a concert at 3:30 that will put an exclamation point on the day. There’s a concert every Saturday until the mountain closes. On top of that, there’s more snow in next week’s forecast.

I’m still trying to come up with the words that describe just how good it was this morning. My ski buddies had a hard time, too. It’s good. It’s like winter all over. It’s smooth. It’s creamy. It’s all fun.

See ya at the concert.
