Early Spring Turns
The sun is out and it’s another gorgeous day on the Boat. With temperatures above average this week, it feels like early spring and a good opportunity to make sun-kissed turns before the cold temps return this weekend.
In early morning, the groomers are firm and fast. For me, the best turns happen when the sun warms the slope sup a bit and you can sink an edge. Mid-morning is usually when the snow begins to soften and by late afternoon it good be surfy, slushy turns.
Snows are expected over the weekend with temperatures dropping tonight. Enjoy the sun while you can!
